Let us introduce you to the team of staff who you'll meet in the salon.

LUCA
Director

Luca, Owner, followed in the same footsteps as his parents Luigi and Gina. He started his career at the age of 14 as a ‘’Saturday Boy’. In his first weeks in the salon he knew this is what he wanted to pursue.

At 16 he started his apprenticeship. Being a competitive one, Luca was qualified and was on the salon floor at the age of 18.

Luca has been backstage of a fair few Fashion shows in his time. A huge fan of fashion, Luca attends London Fashion Week every year.

Now continuing the legacy from his father Luigi he is excelling in his work and most importantly takes pride in what he does and his attention to detail is something he takes incredibly seriously.

With the new look of the salon (renovated in 2025) Luca is extremely looking forward to the future and continuing this family run business.

KATY

Senior Stylist

Katy has been an integral member of staff since she started at the age of 15. She has worked her way up from being a Saturday assistant to now a fully equipped insanely skilled stylist. An incredible achievement.

Katy has a strong clientele and like Luca that rapidly continues which is amazing and a great feeling for us.

Whilst Katy offers all of our technical colour work from highlights to balayage and everything in between her cutting skills are right at the very top. A kind soul, more like a sister to Luca and most importantly a huge part of the salon.

GINA
Senior Stylist

Gina has been in the industry since 1983, when she trained at hairdressing academies all over London where she was born and raised.

Soon after living in London through her teens and early 20’s, she moved to Surrey with Luigi. Gina Mother to Luca and Mirella works part time, working with all cutting services and specialises in Hair Up.

Throughout the years she has ticked off numerous Weddings, Proms, Ascot etc… The Queen Of Hair Up!

MIRELLA

Front of House/ P.A

Mirella Sister to Luca has worked in a number of administrative roles throughout her career, having worked for some reputable companies she thought the time was right to step in the family business. She will be first and last person you see in the salon, either on the phone or in person assisting our stylists as well as wonderful clients, she will be responsible for managing bookings and ensuring the business is running smoothly ensuring our clients receive excellent service. Mirella will always greet you with a smile and friendly chat.
